– Check document, input data in system: cash, bank, fix axed, tool, and other accounting voucher
– Bank: Pay tax for customer, book rate, collect document and make other payment to supplier on time
– Follows cash flow and report to MD
– Calculated salary and process the payment on time
– Prepare and Submit tax monthly. Quarterly report
– Prepare and submit internal manager monthly report to MD and Japan, consolidated report
– Print and file to save accounting vouchers according regulations
– Working with other: audit, tax authorities
– Control all system and solve other arising problems

– University degree majoring in Accounting
– Working experiences in foreign companies
– Strong English skills
– Advance knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting Standards and the prevailing tax regulations
– At least 3 year experienced in general accounting position
– CPA certificate is preferable
