Chi tiết công việc
- Be a person in charge of Shrink Sleeve Labels and other business segments of the company in the Vietnam market.
- Take care of the current group of customers and expand the wallet share.
- Develop a strong new project pipeline and push progress monthly.
- Conduct sales presentations, formulate sales proposals, and develop and build close rapport and relationships with identified customers/target groups.
- Work closely with the technical team to have appropriate solutions offered to each specific demand of the customers.
- Conduct sales negotiation and pricing strategies to win orders, tenders, and contracts.
- Monthly basis updates for the market trend, and competitor information.
- Responsible for providing the forecast demand from customers for internal capacity preparedness.
- Compare the total potential demand vs. internal capabilities and propose the action plan.
- Study the market and have a detailed report with sales strategy and investment proposal.

- Working location: flexible（Binh Duong factory or HCM office)- If he/she going to the factory to work all day: take the company bus, pick up at 6 am every day at Hoa Lu Stadium, District 1, HCM.- If traveling with customers, using the sales team’s car (Innova car), or being flexible with taxis (using Grab, Vinasun, and Mailinh accounts) fee will paid by the company.
- The working date and time:Binh Duong⇒7:45~16:45 (Mon-Fri and First Saturday per month)HCM office⇒8:00~17:30 (Mon-Fri and No Saturday per month)
- 13th month salary,
- Holiday bonus on January 1st, April 30th, September 2nd: 1mil with conditions: working time >= 6 months.
- Quarterly revenue bonus, no maximum limit (will be discussed during interview)
- Bonus for new PO bonus, depending on order value.
- Providing Bao Minh health insurance.
- Accident insurance (covers traffic accidents, sports accidents, or daily life accidents…)
- Company trip: depends on the company’s financial situation.
- Guest reception allowance: according to company policy applicable to the sales team.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent Japanese and English is a MUST.
- Having experience working with Japanese customers.
- Having a “can do” mindset and being good at both maintaining the current customers and developing new customers.
- Pro-active person who always takes initiative and does not wait to be pushed by others.
- Graduate from University, preferably in Materials/ Printing Technology OR Business Administration and Marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in Multi-National Companies in the shrink-sleeve labels industry, Printing Industry, and FMCG.
- Logical thinking and having good analytical skills, and reporting skills.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
- Possess good verbal/written communication skills in English &Vietnamese
- Goal-getter and highly motivated to achieve concrete results effectively.
- Willing to travel.
