- Set up new machine: Layout, setup mechanical parts and teaching machine.
- Troubleshooting machine to ensure continuous operation of machine and maintenance machine periodically.
- Analysis to improve performance (improved tact time, loss time, loss material, process) meet on the capacity of production.
- Count tact time for each process, based on that calculate capacity and optimize manpower, method and machine.
- Design Jig for new model and calculate the amount of Jig for new model
- Develop new models: based on customer requirements, confirm the conditions needed to prepare for the new model. (Materials, machine, Jig, human…),
Research the process to apply to the new model, analyze and evaluate results of trial run, issue SOP, check sheet for processes. - Other tasks as requirement from managers.

- Working hours: From 08:00 to 17:00 on the same day. Overtime will be paid according to labor laws.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Age: 25–35
- Graduated university relate to major: electronic, electrical, Mechanical, Automation
- Good English communication
- Have working experience with Dispenser machine, Laser machine, camera inspection system or glue apply automatic system.
- Have experience about R&D, new model development.
- Have working experience in manufacturing factory. Understand the cycle time, tact time, lead time, effeciency, capacity and production process.
- Can read drawings and analyze technical requirements on drawings.
- Can use one of the design software Autocad or Solidwork… And good with Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
