Position: Temporary LAB staff for 1 year (Hanoi)

• Working period: 1 year (From Sep. 01, 2025 To Sep. 30, 2026)
• Start working time: From Sep. 01, 2025

Reporting To: Manager, General Director

Section: Sales and Technical Section

Responsibilities:

Analysis:

• Receive water sample from sales team and prepare request on XALAB system.
• Classify type of sample and code number.
• Analysis items which assigned and willing support co-worker when overload.
• Input analysis results on XALAB.
• Disposal sample as Lab’s schedule.

Support sales:

• Cooperate with sales team to explain to customers about analytical data and analytical methods based on scientific evidence of chemical reactions (mechanisms).
• Prepare reagent, equipment for sales.

Develop orientation:

• Build and manage documents for Lab as complete system.
• Update new regulation about standard for water and wastewater.
• Update new analysis methods such as SMEWW and develop water analysis methods suitable with Lab’s condition.
• Develop technology/AI on Lab administration (automatic).
• Collaborate with our client’s Lab to exchange knowledge and science.

• Working time:
  • Morning: 8:00-12:00
  • Afternoon: 13:00-17:00
• Normal working on Monday to Friday, (only works on Saturday in requirement).

QUALIFICATIONS

• University Graduation with major related chemistry or environment
• Major in analytical chemistry is preferable
• English fluency
