– Source for prospective tenants for office and retail spaces of Square Hanoi
– Conduct site visits to prospective tenants
– Prepare and follow up with the leasing documents and negotiation with prospective tenants
– Make potential tenant lists for handing out flyers and introduction letters and conduct cold calls or sales calls (if possible) to these tenant lists
– Manage SNS for advertisements for the building (i.e. Facebook, Zalo, Linked, etc.)
– Propose marketing ideas and prepare marketing materials to discuss with superior
– Follow up with the tenant’s request on the lease during the lease term and support the accounting department in collecting rental payment (if necessary)
– Other tasks as required by the line manager or General Manager

– Bachelor Degree
– At least 2 years of working experience as a Leasing & Marketing for the office, or Commercial facilities such as Restaurants and retail shops in the building.
– English: Upper-Intermediate
(Skill and Knowledge)
– Have basic knowledge of regulations and laws related to real estate
– Understand the basic terms and conditions of the lease agreement
– Understand the real estate market and other factors affecting real estate
– Skills in finding new tenants and taking care of existing tenants
(Advantage)
– Experience in Working in MNC firms such as Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Taiwanese
– Japanese speaking will be a great advantage to talk with Japanese staff and clients
