Chi tiết công việc
- Advising client on issues related to FDI, labor, commercial law, M&A and other legal issues.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Representing clients in initialing legal action and before governmental authorities.
- Writing articles, preparing presentation for seminar.
- Supporting Japanese Lawyer as needed; and
- Other as assigned by the Head of Branch from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor of Law
- Lawyer certificate
- English skill: Business level for both speaking and writing (TOEIC: from 850; TOEFL iBT: from 95; IELTS: from 6.5)
- Japanese language skill (N2) is an advantage
- Being experienced in business law practices (foreign investment, corporate, M&A, licensing, labour & employment etc.)
- Being proactive, creative and responsible
- Having good analytical skill, logical thinking and being capable of working independently
