1. Carry out inspection, supervision, and control quality following the company’s standards and procedures.
– Material incoming inspection.
– Welding inspection (structure, Tank, vessel, and pipe).
– Structure, vessel and tank visual and dimension inspection.
– Paint inspection.
– Pressure Test.
2. Regularly making inspection reports to managers. Document non-conformance reports and work with other departments to implement corrective actions.
3. Check all documents from suppliers, submission’s documents to customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality control records.
4. Making suggestions to improve the company’s standards based on manager approval.
– Available for same-day business travel (company car or personal motorbike with allowance).
– Develop and implement quality control plans for water treatment equipment and processes.
– Review and analyze inspection data and identify potential quality issues.
– Coordinate with engineers, production personnel, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient quality control procedures.
– Stay up-to-date on relevant industry standards and regulations.

Salary range: Net 550 -630 USD (Negotiable)
Working time: Monday to Friday; from 8AM to 5:00PM

– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
– 1-2 years working experience for QC or other relevant field.
– Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) methods is a plus.
– Ability to communicate in English
– Having proficiency in Japanese language is an advantage
– Reading and understanding technical documents, and drawings in English.
– Knowledge of materials used in structural components, storage tanks, vessels, and piping (JIS, ASTM or equivalent standards).
– Understanding of ASME VIII, ASME IX and ASME 31.3 standards is an advantage.
