Chi tiết công việc
* Mua hàng / Purchasing:
o Lập kế hoạch mua hàng dựa trên nhu cầu sản xuất và tồn kho (Develop purchasing plans based on production needs and inventory levels).
o Tìm kiếm, đánh giá và lựa chọn nhà cung cấp (Source, evaluate, and select suppliers).
o Đàm phán giá cả, điều khoản thanh toán và giao hàng (Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules).
o Soạn thảo và ký kết hợp đồng mua hàng (Prepare and execute purchase contracts).
o Theo dõi đơn hàng và đảm bảo giao hàng đúng thời hạn (Track orders and ensure timely delivery).
o Kiểm soát chất lượng và số lượng hàng hóa (Control the quality and quantity of goods).
o Báo cáo tiến độ giao, nhận hàng với các bộ phận liên quan (Report on the progress of goods delivery and receipt to the relevant departments.).
* Xuất nhập khẩu / Import-Export:
o Kiểm tra chứng từ hàng hóa xuất nhập khẩu (Check import and export documents).
o Kiểm tra tờ khai hải quan, lập chứng từ xuất nhập khẩu (Check customs declarations, prepare import and export documents).
o Quản lý mã hàng, chứng từ, theo dõi tiến độ xuất nhập khẩu (Manage codes, documents, and track import-export progress).
o Lưu trữ hồ sơ, chứng từ liên quan đến xuất nhập khẩu (Maintain import-export related records and documents).
o Phối hợp với các phòng ban và công ty tư vấn để thực hiện báo cáo quyết toán cuối năm (Coordinate with departments and consulting firms for year-end finalization reports).
* Các công việc khác / Other tasks:
o Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên (Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors).

Từ 12 triệu – 17 triệu (tùy theo kinh nghiệm và năng lực) (12 million – 17 million VND, depending on experience and qualifications).

Yêu cầu công việc
Hiểu biết sâu về nghiệp vụ mua hàng, nghiệp vụ xuất nhập khẩu, quy trình và quy định xuất nhập khẩu, chứng từ và thủ tục hải quan (Deep understanding of procurement operations, In-depth knowledge of import-export operations, processes, and regulations, including customs documentation and procedures).
Kinh nghiệm làm việc từ 3-5 năm trong lĩnh vực mua hàng , xuất nhập khẩu hoặc (3-5 years of working experience in purchasing and import-export or).
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các doanh nghiệp chế xuất (Experience working in export processing enterprises is a plus).
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt, biết thêm tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế (Good English communication skills; Japanese proficiency is an advantage).
Sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng và các phần mềm Logistics (Proficient in Microsoft Office and Logistics software).
Nữ, độ tuổi từ 25-35 (Female, aged 25-35).
Ưu tiên ứng viên sinh sống ở Hưng Yên (Priority given to candidates residing in Hung Yen).
