Japanese Trading Company is Hiring: Sales Staff

Job Description

• Focus on developing new customer relationships and expanding the client base.

• Take over and maintain relationships with existing clients as needed.

• Introduce company products and services in the printing and packaging field.

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

• Visit customer sites (mainly factories and offices) as part of sales activities.

• Work closely with internal teams to prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and handle after-sales support.

• Join regular team meetings and report on sales activities.

• Additional job details will be discussed during the interview.

Working Hours

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday

• Work on alternate Saturdays (twice a month)

Salary & Benefits

• Gross salary: 20,000,000 VND/month

• 13th-month salary bonus and holiday bonuses (e.g., April 30, September 2, Mid-Autumn Festival, etc.)

• Full social insurance in accordance with local labor laws

• Good English communication skills (able to report directly to Japanese manager)

• B2B sales experience required

• Experience in printing or manufacturing industry is a strong plus

• Proficient in Excel and email

• Strong organizational and communication skills
