Chi tiết công việc
• Determine and prospect customers to identify new business opportunities
• Develop strong business relationships with current customers to keep trust
• Establish, Create and Develop new business relationships with potential customers to increase sales
• Carry out scheduled visits and phone calls with key members of current and potential customers to ensure capturing the customer’s voice, learn about trends and key information that guarantee the maintenance and growth of the business relationship
• Support the coordination and analysis of product requirements according to customer expectations to expedite the development and approval of new products
• Send and Negotiate quoted prices in different programs to ensure a deal with customers
• Coordinate new projects for stock management, product and prices deliveries to the customer to generate a higher business profitability and maintain strategic alliances with the client.
• Analyze monthly sales behaviors, development time, delivery time (KPI) to generate measurement reports that contribute to improve the decision making process
• Define Sales forecasts to establish the income expectations of the company and facilitate the financial analysis and plant capacity
• Support in account receivables management to ensure overdue invoices payment and maintain a healthy cash flow
• Monitor trends, competition and new products that are in the market to proactively propose innovative initiatives that strengthen relations with our clients
• Willing to travel for work
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience and performance during interview)
- Allowances and benefits:
+ Fuel allowance: 300,000 VND/person/month (calculated based on actual working days, applicable to employees using personal vehicles)
+ Diligence allowance: 400,000 VND/person/month
+ Japanese allowance: N3: 400,000 VND, N2: 500,000 VND, N1: 1,000,000 VND
+ Other benefits (funeral, wedding, travel, bonus, …) according to company regulations.
- Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00, from Monday to Friday

Yêu cầu công việc
- Gender: Male/Female (32~40 years old)
- Develop strong business relationships with current customers
- Determine and Prospect customers
- Monitor trends, competition and new products that are in the market
- At least 3 Year experience as Customer Service / Key Account Executive/Production Planning, or equivalent .
- Degree Level (Graduated): Marketing, Languages, Quality Control and Customer Service. Preferably in manufacturing factory, not trading
- Good at English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Have advantages: Chinese
- Priority is given to candidates in Bac Ninh area.
