- Manages production operation of a wide range, formulate competitive vision and goals (both short term & long term), make accurate judgments to achieve the goals in practice.
- Manage, plan, direct and execute policies/ strategy/methods in Manufacturing department to maximize the use of resources, to meet established production specifications and schedules; volume, cost, and wastage targets; and quality standards, safety, etc.
- Apply advance knowledge and valuable experience to create speedy, accurate solution to problems, innitiatives to improve operation of Manufacturing department.
- Lead and develop strong manufacturing team, guide, educate, develop next generation.

- Range lương: từ 50-90 tr – tùy theo năng lực
- Thời gian làm việc: Từ thứ 2 – 6, 8:00 – 17:30
- Phương tiện đi lại: Có xe đưa đón hàng ngày tại nội, ngoại thành Hà Nội
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have advanced knowledge and experience from 10 years in Production Department
- Graduated from University, English and Japanese speaking.
- Strong leadership skill, influence & impact human capital related business decision, well interact with others to reach agreement toward common goals.
- Commercial thinking, solution delivery with highest level of consistency to drive result.
- Long term and short – term vision.
- Logical thinking, analytical & problem – solving skills.
- Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill.
