Chi tiết công việc
- Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the PIH IE section to ensure that section’s operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals.
- Lead and implement project related to production line expanding/modifying and maintenance of machine, related equipment…etc.
- Lead & improve mold & press machine operation capacity, machine safety performance & productivity
- Lead and develop strong PIH IE Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior.
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Salary: upto 70M
- Working time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:30
- Transportation: Daily shuttle bus in and out of Hanoi
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in similar position, prefer in manufacturing companies.
- Graduated from University
- Fluent in English (Japanese is preferred)
- Strong people management & leadership skill.
- Well understand in mold, press machine (repair & maintenance)
- Long term and short-term vision
- Project management experience
- Logical thinking, analytical & problem-solving skills, Be innovative, have sunao mind, interpersonal skill, Talent development mind
