Position: Procurement staff for mold processing parts

+ Co-ordinate with stakeholders (Japan, HongKong, China, Malaysia…) to identify the specification and requirement to progress the sourcing strategy for components of Konica Minolta products.
+ Operating the entire project from sourcing, drawing, cost negotiation, contract, assembly line, production, equipment, Capacity, FA samples, delivery…
+ Cost optimization with the analysis, negotiation to ensure the best price with standard quality and timeline.
+ Capture price trends, monitor and update in time
+ Follow up fluctuation of raw material (Up/down/trend/shortage…) to take timely action for procurement activities
+ Maintain and grow up potential suppliers with Konica Minolta requirement and find new suppliers to increase localization rate in Asean.
+ Discuss, negotiate business terms with new suppliers (contract, payment, order, forecast, delivery…)

Yêu cầu công việc

– Under: 30 years old
– English (fluently) + Japanese (~ N3 but good Japanese communication) can discuss, negotiate with foreigners via meeting (Face to Face) email, phone…
– Minimum requirement is a university graduate.
– Communication, negotiation skills
– Good skills at Excel, Words, email…
– Ready to go overseas for Business trip.
– Other skills, knowledge will be trained to meet job requirement.
– Experience at a Japanese company is desirable.
