• Hiring Period: Mar 2026, onboard as soon as possible
• Work Location: The factory at Long Binh An Industry zone, Tuyen Quang Province.
• Job Responsibilities: 
  – Conduct the site assessment surveys in compliance with the DDS system (Due Diligence System) for the Control Wood materials in various provinces
  – Working with the suppliers to follow the daily material delivery in alignment with procurement activities and FSC regulations
  – Ensure the supplier’s documentation activities matching with FSC regulations
  – Collect, check and submit all procurement documents for the supplier’s payment monthly and auditing period.
  – Conduct Procurement and FSC certification compliance activities under manager’s instructions
  – Ensure smooth communication and information sharing within the department
  – Perform other tasks as instructed by superiors

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch break)
  Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and Vietnamese national holidays
• Salary: Negotiable based on current salary, experience, and ability

Mandatory

• Ability to work on-site (including travel and stays in provinces)
• Flexibility and ability to work effectively in the field
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement

Preferred

• Communication skills in Japanese or English
• Extensive experience in the wood industry (procurement, sales, etc.) and/or strong network within the wood industry
• Knowledge and experience in FSC & other certifications activity is an advantage
