• Receive and manage PO and FC from customers.
• Make production plan with subcontractor based on capacity, components, then answer to customers.
• Follow daily production progress to meet shipment schedule, keep close contact with subcontractor and customers.
• Contact with other sections and subcontractor to solve troubles if any.
• Discuss and solve delivery-related problems with customers.
• Calculate and manage component shortage, follow incoming component schedule to keep up with production plan.
• Handle monthly inventory with subcontractor.
• BOM management.
• Operate and utilise internal system.
• Other related tasks assigned by Manager.

• Male/Female under 30. Graduated from University (Faculty of Economics, Business, Finance and Statistics… are preferable)
• Proficient at Excel.
• Experience at foreign production company is preferable.
• Good command of English or Japanese.
• Ability to work under pressure, overtime if needed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick-learning, positive and open minded.
• Experience at MRP/ERP software is preferable.
