• Conduct research on IT markets and IT industry trends to identify investment opportunities.
• Analyze competitors and monitor economic conditions.

– Due Diligence

• Support the team to conduct financial, legal, and operational due diligence on targeted companies.
• Support the team to evaluate risks and analyze profitability.

– Contract Negotiation

• Support the team to negotiate investment and joint venture agreements.

– Build relationships with stakeholders

• Post-investment management
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies and prepare reports.
• Propose improvement measures as necessary.

– Reporting and Presentations

• Prepare reports and presentations for investment committees and management.
• Provide essential information for decision-making.

1. Qualification and experience:

– Bachelor’s degree or higher education

– At least 02 years of working experience as a full-time job

– Experience in digital marketing or investment field is preferable

2. Personality and social skills:

– Honest, tenacious, able to understand and be close to others, and trustworthy.

– Eager to learn new things

3. Skills and knowledge:

– English: Upper intermediate level

– Marketing and finance skills preferred

4. Computer Skill:

– Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

– Looking for someone between the ages of 24-34 years old with at least 2-3 years of working experience.
