• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related major.
• 6+ years of experience (3+ years development, 3+ years project management).
• Strong experience in Java and J2EE-based web architecture.
• Experience with Struts, Spring, Hibernate.
• Familiar with jQuery, AJAX, HTML/HTML5.
• Experience with DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Japanese development experience is a plus.
• Fluent English/ Japanese is preferred.
