– Bachelor’s degree or above in computer or related major (6 or more years of work experience, 3 or more years of development experience, 3 or more years of project management experience).

– Familiar with Java development technology and familiar with J2EE-based web architecture design and web development processes. Have extensive experience in WebMVC (Struts, Spring, Hibernate, etc.) development.

– Familiar with front-end knowledge and use of jquery and ajax, mastering html/html5 conventions and browser compatibility issues.

– Familiar with database design and development based on DB2, Oracle, postegre, MySql, or SqlServer.

– Familiar with software design conventions and ability in system requirements analysis and architecture design.

– Has strong training ability to improve the core abilities of those in charge of the development department.
