• Work in a young and dynamic working environment among Japanese and Vietnamese developers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

Experiences

• Having experience in Web Development and in planning project resource.
• At last 2 year-experience in Project Manager or similar of PM position.
• Having experience in Scrum Master or equivalent Agile Project.
• Knowledge of design including requirement definition.
• Plan the project roadmap, set KPI accordingly (if any), and keep the track of the project. Set rules and policies to meet goal effectively.
• Try to solve problem with analytical thinking when a bug or risk is detected.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Good at negotiating with clients.

Minimum Requirements

• Under 50 age
• Japanese – Native Speaker
• Living in Viet Nam

Preferred

• Good spoken and written command of English is a plus.
• Approach project with agile/scrum, Waterfall where you build thesis, carry out, and improve with gathered feedbacks.
• Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
