• Confirm project requirements, develop project plans, prepare project budgets, and mitigate risks
• Coordinate and communicate internally and across departments, expand projects and accumulate resources, drive project execution according to plan, control project costs and quality, and ensure the achievement of project goals
• Internal team management, ensuring project data quality management
• Be able to provide effective solutions in the face of changes during the execution process. Maintain active communication with customers throughout the project and provide timely feedback on customer status
• Summarize the project, analyze and refine the overall project

• College degree or above
• Vietnamese native speaker
• Fluent English or Chinese in reading, listening and speaking
• At least 2 years of experience in data annotation or similar project management
• Experience in managing a team of over 20 people
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and conscientious work, good at communication, quick response, down-to-earth and willing to work
