• Purchasing of necessary raw materials for manufacturing construction paints
• Negotiation price with domestic and global suppliers, management of quality and following delivery times
• Management of costs and following delivery times
• Formulating and implementing optimal procurement of purchase strategies based on the collaboration between the technical department and production department.
• Collaboration with the production department to ensure supply of raw materials based on production plans on time

• 28,000,000 ～ 35,000,000 VND  Depending on experience, (Reference to the salary of the last three months if needed)

Required:

• Experience in working in Japanese company
• Experience in working at paint makers, construction materials (waterproofing material maker), industrial chemicals makers, or printing-related technology manufacturers
• Knowledge of the manufacturing process of paints and the characteristics of raw materials
• Knowledge of VOCs (volatile organic compounds), REACH (Registration Evaluation Authorization Restriction of Chemical substances) regulations, RoHS (Restrict of Hazardous Substances), and chemical regulations in Vietnam
• Ability to negotiate contracts and set good prices with suppliers
• Ability to coordinate with other internal departments and global suppliers
• Experience in discussions with supervisors and giving instructions to subordinates

Educational Qualifications

• Essential: Graduated from University
• Technical Skills: English (Business communication) . Japanese is not required
