• To manage all purchasing job for EMS including purchasing staff’s education.
Such as, electronics components shipment /delivery schedule control, delivery adjustment and negotiation to meet customers requirement.
Shipment/ delivery control, delivery adjustment and negotiation are to be made for our IPO office ( STXHK ) , Japan headquarter
Including local supplier.
• To manage import and export procedure for components and finished goods (PCBA).

• Working hour: mon-fri, 8h-17h
• Bonus 2 times/year. Salary increase 1 time/year.

• Graduated from University. Age from 35 years old
• Experienced in Japanese electronic company (electronic component assembly or PCBA manufacturing is preferable)
• Proficient at Excel.
• Experience with MRP/ERP software is preferable.
• Good command of English (Japanese is advantageous but not compulsory)
• Ability to work under pressure, overtime if needed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick-learning, positive and open minded.
