Chi tiết công việc

  • Establish QA procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability.
  • Determine and enforce quality requirement in accordance with real company needs, based on current system requirement and products development.
  • Organize and promote company wide quality improvement efforts.
  • Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control of quality.
  • Directly responsible for implementation and maintenance of the company quality system, reporting on the performance of the quality system for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system.
  • Creation of an atmosphere of continuous process improvement and production defect preventation.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male/Female (referable Male). Age 35~40.
  • Communicate English/Japanese (referable Japanese)
  • Experience in responding to complaints and launching products.
  • QA Management in manufacturing as Manager level.
  • Minimum 5 -10 years relevant experiences in manufacturing of mechanic field.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Communication, Logical thinking skills.
