  Follow up with each supplier in response to customer quality requests (including environmental surveys).
• Respond to customer requests when defects occur and follow up on supplier corrective activities.
• Respond to customer regular quality audits.
• Main products handled are sheet metal processed products, resin molded products, molds, etc
