– Develop necessary quality procedure in accordance with the Company’s policy
– Receive and resolve customer’s complaints, take preventive measures
– Examining, evaluating, and maintaining the ISO, ESD quality management system
– Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the production area
– Responsible for Supplier quality, Supplier audits and survey, Incoming quality, process quality and outgoing quality
– Determining and distributing work assignments and responsibilities and supervising projects to ensure employees collaborate towards a common objective
– Evaluating and recommending alternative procedures for auditing to ensure the company continues to improve
– Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality of fonished products.

• Age 27-40
• Graduated university: Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or related fields
• More than 5 years experience in the quality process & production control of PCBA field
• Solid experience and in-depth knowledge in process control, ISO 9001:2015/ESD S20.20 system , Customer complaint and Failure analysis
• Good command of spoken and written English (Chinese is preferred)
• Fluently use Microsoft Office
