– Create documents and create a quality standard system for each product.
– Responsible for ensuring product quality through the working procedures between related parties.
– Internal audit company’s Quality Management system.
– Participate in production Kaizen activities at the factory.
– Coordinate with production side when there are customer requests for products
– Keep records certificates according to procedures and regulations
– Audit suppliers
– Conduct training for relevant departments on the application of systems, standards and procedures as well as changes to systems and procedures to suit actual requirements.
– IQC, PQC, OQC
– Control countermeasure and maintenance countermeasure in the department.
– Handle customer claim about product quality.
– Maintain customer complaint records.
– Train and manage product inspection skills.
– Organize monthly quality department meetings.

– Working hours: 8:10 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Saturday). Off on 4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays each month, with 12 days of annual leave.

Bachelor’s degree or University degree in engineering, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines
