– Monitoring customer claim and investigation to find route cause, take action and expand to similar problem for preventive action and solve at customer site.
– Handling returned part analysis to solve customer claim.
– Install, setup airconditioner for testing or checking condition.
– Other tasks assigned by superiors.

– Graduated from College or above majoring in: Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Refrigeration.
– Male, Female from 22 years old and up.
– Basic English communication preferred.
– Problem solving and teamwork skills.
– Open-minded, dynamic and enthusiastic at work.
– Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
