Urgent – R&D ENGINEER Quantity: Total 12, each division 2 Fresh (1-3 YoE) & 2 Experienced (3+ YoE).

Salary: 8-10mil (Fresh), 15-30mil (Experienced)

Able to on boad on September and attend training at Daikin Thailand from October to December 2021. Commitment to work at least 2 years after finishing training at Daikin Thailand.

To cooperate with R&D team in Japan and Thailand to determine the specification of Electronic parts (such as PCB, Capacitors, IC etc.) and Electric parts (such as Motor, Remote controller, Wire harness, etc.) that used in production line.

– Education: Graduated in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or any relevant fields

– Experience: 2 years or more in the field of electronic or electric parts development, testing, production or any relevant fields

– Others Qualification:

(1) Have knowledge and experience in design and specification of electric parts used in air-conditioners (such as PCB, motor, capacitor, relay, solenoid valve, electric wire, etc.)

(2) Have knowledge about Electrical/Electronic parts testing, reliability testing, and related statistical calculation

(3) Have knowledge and experience in electrical parts production process, supplier factory audits and have knowledge about statistical process control.

(4) Have knowledge and experience in preparation of FMEA and FTA documents for analyzing change points of Electric/Electronic parts

(5) Have knowledge about Electric/Electronic suppliers and have experience to contact with those suppliers

(6) Good in English communication. Have knowledge in Japanese is advantage.
