- Ability to recruit engineers to Japan
- Ability to guide and train subordinates in recruiting Vietnamese engineers to Japan
- Consulting and building engineer recruitment strategies
- Working with authorities and vocational schools to carry out recruitment
- Responsible for quantity and quality of candidates according to KPI
- Other tasks as assigned by superiors
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Gross salary: VND 25,000,000 – 35,000,000 (depending on candidate’s ability) + KPI bonus

- Annual salary increase, salary increase based on work performance
Yêu cầu công việc
- Age: 28 – 38
- Having graduated from college or higher
- Having at least 3 years of recruitment experience of introduction services to Japan
- Ability to communicate in Japanese (N2 level preferred)
