• Customers include Japanese companies, as well as Vietnamese manufacturing, industrial parks, and heavy industry customers (50% Japanese and 50% Vietnamese heavy industries)
• Both new development and after-sales follow-up (machine maintenance) for existing customers.
• Sales of various power transmission mechanical parts and units, such as power transmission chains, conveyance chains, cable/hose support and guide devices, speed reducers, fasteners, shaft couplings, etc.

• Target age: 30-39 years old
• Minimum monthly income: Gross 800-1000 USD
• Bonus: 1 month + performance bonus (based on performance, more than 1 month, often more than 2 months in total)
• Salary increase: Once a year
• Working hours (breaks): Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30
• Annual holidays: 12 days
• No overtime (monthly salary system)
