Carry out the Company’s sales promotion activities, including product introduction and presentations, interpretation support during customer meetings, and direct involvement in B2B sales activities.
Identify customer needs and consult on suitable products, machinery, and equipment; coordinate with relevant departments during the solution proposal and order implementation processes.
Be responsible for providing technical support for machinery and equipment supplied or managed by the Company.
Participate in meetings and discussions with customers regarding technical requirements, delivery arrangements, installation, operation, and equipment usage.
Monitor, coordinate, and supervise the transportation, delivery, and unloading of machinery and equipment at customer sites. This position is not directly responsible for manual lifting or loading/unloading work.
Support the installation of machinery, equipment, and related accessories; provide customers with guidance on equipment operation, usage, and maintenance.
Receive and handle customer complaints or technical feedback; assess the situation and coordinate with relevant departments to determine appropriate solutions.
Visit customer sites to inspect and provide technical support in the event of machinery or equipment malfunctions or upon request from customers or the Company.
Follow up on equipment performance after handover and maintain regular communication with customers to ensure stable equipment operation.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Gender: Male
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
Language: Business-level English; Japanese is an advantage.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; candidates with experience working for Japanese companies are preferred.
