Job summaries:

• Taking care of all sales related tasks and technical support for Distributors and Customers.
• This Position requires to support distributors based on CRS for business expansion.
• All members need to respect each other and keep a good teamwork to align our vectors.
• Need to comply company rules and understand divisional goals to maximize our performance.

Main responsibilities:

• Sales expansion by daily sales related activities:
• Maximize HIKI amount at Target Customer, by promoting New Products and Key Products
• Manage & Maintain existing flow item and increase the sales from distributor to end-user
• Collaborate with distributors to conduct regular sales meeting to review salesperformance and discuss the action plan to achieve the target and grow business.
• Utilize and update Sales Support System regularly & properly to enhance sales activities
• Provide basictechnical support: Arrange daily visit to Customers together with Distributor Sales Engineers
• Tool selection: Provide technical support to helpCustomers to select suitable cutting tools.
• Test cutting and trouble shooting: Support customer to reduce tool cost or improve productivities.
• Test reports: Make a test report properly to submit it to your supervisors
• Make a continuous efforts to study technical knowledge through the training provided by division.
• Weekly / monthly reports: Target product, Target Customers, Sample Tracking, HIKI, Sales Support System.
• Follow the CRS (Customer Registration System) to maintain healthy distribution network
• Support regionalevents: sales campaign, exhibition, seminarand so on
• Implement sales activities under guidance from senior staff or supervisors

• Working hours: 7.5 hours/day, Monday to Friday

• Qualification:
College or University degree in Mechanical Engineer, or equivalent

• Experience:
Three (3) years in a similar position

– Having good thinking and analytical skills
– Carefulness to ensure all results / reports given out precisely
– High sense of responsibility to ensure that all information is not explored to any third parties without acceptance from Leaders
– Ability to work in a team and independently
– Good in using Microsoft Office
– Fluency in at least one of Japanese, Chinese, or Korean & Basic-level English communication skills.
