– Research and study the company’s products to introduce, advise and answer customers requiries.

– Take care of current customers, find new customers sources, build customers data,  and expland relationships.

– Negotiate and discuss pricing and sales contracts with customers. Finalize the deal and assist customers in signing the sales contracts.

– Prepare sales reports/ weekly reports.

– Monitor customer orders on a monthly, quarterly basic, according to agreement.

– Co-ordinate with related parties to proceed company work smoothly

– Working time: 8:30-17:30 from Monday to Friday (1.5 days off: Saturday & Sunday). Day off: 1/2 Saturday and Sunday

– Basic  Salary: Up to 15mil VND + sales bonus (can negotiate)

– Salary in probation time: 85% of the official salary

– KPI/ Bonus (if any): ~2-3mil/month

– According to the company’s regulations, depending on the situation, this position will be received:

+ Transportation allowance

+ Client meeting allowance

– Bonus 2% for Clean room and 1% for factory

– Have 13th-month salary

– Graduated from a University or College degree
– Experience: 1~ 2 years in M&E
– Experience in the construction industry
– Strong selling, negotiation, and communication abilities.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
– Willingness to travel for business and assist customers outside of regular working hours.
– Basic English communicate skill (using to answer email/ inquiry/ phonecall,..)
– Good health, can meet job requirement
