Chi tiết công việc
- Developed relationships with Hanoi-based real estate brokers and corporate clients to promote TA and increase occupancy
- Promoted long-term and short-term corporate leasing contract to Japanese companies as well as Korean, Chinese, and Taiwanese companies in industrial zones around Hanoi.
- Negotiated leasing terms with prospective tenants.
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Working time: Monday~Saturday, 8h~17h
- Telephone allowance: 500,000VND, Meal allowance: 700,000VND, Full attendance: 250,000VND, Healthcare insurance
- Basic salary 750 USD/month + Incentives (to be discussed)
Yêu cầu công việc
- Over 25～Under 35
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Good command of Japanese (Japanese level equivalent to JLPT N2 or above)、TOEIC: 700 or above
- At least 1 year of experience in sales-related work
- Proactive in sales activities with strong stamina
- Experience working for Japanese companies
- Good communication skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
- Candidates who can actively engage in sales activities and consistently maintain proper reporting, communication, and consultation (Ho-Ren-So) are preferred.
