Chi tiết công việc
- Find and open new customer accounts. Maintain good relationships with current clients and buyers.
- Responsible for sell-in and sell-out performance across assigned channels (MT channel, Pharmacy channel)
- Monitor product displays, stock levels (OSD) at stores. Ensure promotions and POSM are set up correctly.
- Work closely with Sales Admin to track contracts, payments, and sales data/S&OP reports.
- Receive customer orders and make requests for product delivery.
- Organize and manage Sales documents (sales policies, price lists, promotion programs) to share with the team and clients when needed.
- Find local suppliers and get product samples based on customer requests.
- Join Sales meetings, support follow-up actions to meet deadlines. Assist with company events or product displays for new store openings.
- Schedule internal meetings and inform supervisors and relevant departments for participation.
- Prepare meeting minutes and reports as required.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in similar position. Having networks with MT channel or understanding MT channel’s listing procedure is a huge advantage.
- Language: Proficient in English communication (verbal & written)
- Skills: Strong Excel skills for data management, good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
