Chi tiết công việc
- Generate new prospects/leads, approach and have business deal
- Prepare Sales plans for CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM solution and services, hardware, software, system Infrastructure, and consulting service
- Cooperate with partners (local/foreign) in order to expand the market, update the sales situation, new software information and other sales campaigns
- Collect and update relating industries situation in order to define the target markets
- Follow required documentation job (quotation, delivery note, sales contract, and invoice etc.) and collect full payment from customers without delay
- Cooperate with Marketing team and launch attractive campaign periodically
- Cooperate with Engineering team and arrange on-site demo for CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM solution
- Join weekly Sales meeting and cooperate with other Sales members to expand business
- Support General Director to manage/control Sales organization in Hanoi
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Monday to Friday: 8:15 – 17: 15, lunch break: 12:00 to 13:00
- Saturday: 8:15 – 12:00 (Twice per quarter – Total 8 times per year)
- Basic salary: approximate from USD 1,200-1,500(Gross)/month, depending on career and capability, the first 2-month is probation period and receive salary 85% of gross salary
- Bonus: 1 time at year-end, depending on your performance and company business result (Bonus in 2023, Max: 4-month, Min: 1-month)
- Allowances: as company policy (telephone, business trip, …)
- Running “Monthly Award Program”, if you can achieve the target, you can receive 500,000VND, 1,000,000VND, 2,000,000VND or 3,000,000VND
- Motorcycle commuters have an allowance (300,000-400,000 VND)
- Review salary yearly
- Labor contract, insurance and annual leave are based on Vietnamese law
- Two kinds of commute route between Hanoi city and company by mini-bus (16-seats):
1) Pick up at 7:30 at 23 Le Thanh Tong
2) Pick up at 7:30 at 333 Le Van Luong
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree of university of Economics, business administration or relevant majors
- Age: over 40 years old
- At least 10-year or more Sales experiences in Software, IT device or relevant technical field
- Good communication skill in English (speaking, writing, and listening)
- Systematic Sales skill, Market development skill
- 3 – years (or more) management skill and experience
- Understanding the relating industries situation in order to define the target markets
- Experience for studying or working at overseas would be advantage
- Having working experiences in foreign company
- Knowledge and experience in the CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM solution
- Understand IT industry and market development skills
- Ability work independently as well as in the Team environment
