As a client facing Sales Manager, you will be responsible of developing and growing our Public Safety business in Vietnam. Working closely with the regional sales members and presales consultants in NEC APAC located in Singapore, you will identify sales opportunities, formulate sales strategy and develop total solutions proposal.

• Identify, position and champion NEC’s value-proposition to prospective customers.

• Drive initiatives, strategy to achieve assigned business objectives.

• Identify, review and forge partnership arrangement with key vendors in support of business model and business growth.

• Develop and implement the business strategy for each core activity with a view to increase market awareness and share.

• Develop and build strong customer relationships at all levels

• Develop existing business and identify/create new business portfolio to achieve set business objectives.

• Assist in annual budgeting and performance of the core activities.

Salary Range: 40,000,000 ~ 50,000,000 VND Gross (negotiable based on abilities)

Exposer Required (Nature of Job Responsibilities that have been handled previously):

• Minimum 10 years of selling and developing the business portfolio in IT field.

• Prior experience working with clients from the government and/or FSI (Financial Services Industry) sector is desirable.

• Prior experience of government tenders and bids is essential to this role.

• Problem solving ability in a sales environment including the ability to qualify and close deals.

• Behavioural skills:

– Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Educational Qualifications :

• Essential : Bachelor’s degree or higher

• Language: Fluent in English (at least TOEIC score 600 level)
