JOB PURPOSE:
– To be responsible for rental sales (equipment, machine) rental business of machine
– To be responsible for brand development, market expansion and participate in developing business strategy
– To support and give advice to the Parent Company, the Board of Directors and to the company’s Senior Management team in relation to the business activities of the Company
MAIN DUTIES:
– To support promotion, control, management of mining, heavy equipment rental sales.
– To collect all information about market/customers/competitors and share them with other related departments and Board on time. To provide Market Information, Market Analysis to Sales & Marketing Director weekly.
– To develop Customer Database and Project Database.
– To make Rental Sales Plan and develop sales plan
– To take initiative for solving any issues in company in relation to their territory (such as bad debt, obsolete machine/attachment, etc).
– To review the direct sales territories regularly with focus on improving market share, to identify lost sales, promotion of new account acquisition.
– To maintain and enhance the CRM system with particular emphasis to improved reporting and measurement of customer coverage and lost sales information, as aid to improved performance.
– To review “PSI” (Purchase-rental sale-inventory) and “Weekly Report” prior to submission to Sales & Marketing Director.
– To monitor the allocation of stock and carry out monthly stock checks.
– To arrange promotional activity, price structures, route to markets and market diversification.
– To implement departmental procedures to ensure efficient internal communication and effective external communication.
– Report the rental sales activity following the monthly/ quarterly/ yearly

Yêu cầu công việc
– Education: BA degree or above, preferably in technical, engineering, economics, and business administration…
– Experience: At least 2 year-experience in equipment rental company at similar position (manager/deputy manager/ team leader)
– Knowledge: well understand industry products, good at customer relation
– Skills: strong analytical skill, excellent communication & interpersonal skills, strong leadership and influencing skill, good problem solving and time management skills, good training and presentation skill, computer literacy
– Other requirements: Structured & result-oriented, fluent in English (both communication & writing), well organized and be able to work well with other functions, strong personality & self-confident, integrity, be honest and hardworking
