Sales management activities in the field of construction equipment and machine rental services:

+ Planning proactively in finding, meeting and taking care of customer.
+ Identifying customer demand, offer solution and help customer choose appropriate product.
+ Making quotation and negotiating with customer, to persuade customer to buy product according to MaxRent policy and benefit of products.
+ Negotiating conditions and terms of contract to close the deal.
+ Reporting and monitoring delivery schedule, resolving issues related to products.
+ Monitoring and reporting to Manager the customer status, market change, competitor information.
+ Implementing new polices, promoting new products.
+ Visiting the potential customers in order to find out new demands.
+ Carrying out other duties assigned by Sales Director.

• Education:BA degree or above, preferably in technical, engineering, economics, and business administration…
• Experience: At least 2 year-experience in equipment rental company at similar position (manager/deputy manager/ team leader)
• Knowledge: selling or rental of construction machine field is preferred
• Skills: strong analytical skill; good communication & interpersonal skills; strong leadership and influencing skills, good problem-solving skills; computer literacy
• Languages: fluent at English, both communication and writing
• Ability: be able to work independently, under high pressure, with high sense of responsibility.
• Others: be structured and result-oriented, adaptable, proactive, dynamics and flexible, well organized, self-confident, honest, carefully and enthusiastic, ready for business trip.
