– Serve & take care of clients through Agent, Brokers and directs
– Approaching new clients, cross-selling to existing clients and build up relationship with the person in charge
– Work with clients, agent, broker for renewal & new insurance program, calculate premium for policy and endorsements
– Providing consultancy on insurance knowledge to satisfy clients’ concern
– Be responsible for all servicing activities to be regularly and effectively done (by arranging call/email/visit, timely consultancy)
– Reminding clients for declaration and payment
– Preparing presentation materials/ Insurance quotation in Japanese to clients
– Joining Sales & Marketing projects and supporting Japanese account
– Supporting Managers in Vietnamese <=> Japanese translation particular projetcs
– Other tasks as required by the job and/or assigned by Managers

– Working hour: 8:00 – 17:00, from Monday to Friday; 1 hour break for lunch time from 12:00 to 13:00
– Transportation (company car & taxi) for outside assignment

– Education: University graduated
– Experience: At least 2-3 years. Marketing/Sales experience or working experience in financial service industry is a plus
– Foreign language: Fluent English (both verbal & written) is a must & Fluent Japanese ~ N2 level
– Computer skill: Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Other skills: Good presentation, negotiation, problem solving and sales skills
– Characteristics: Being service-minded & able to work under pressure, high responsibility, positive thinking
