– Research and understand the characteristics, materials, features, and uses of the furniture products offered by the company.

– Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products.

– Seek and develop both domestic and international customers.

– Advise customers on furniture products and address their inquiries.

– Negotiate and sign contracts with customers.

– Monitor and manage orders to ensure timely delivery and quality.

– Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes.

– Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

– Prepare sales reports and other reports as required by management.

– Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

• Experience/Expertise

– Female, aged 24–30.

– College/University graduate in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

– Minimum 1 years of experience in sales, especially in the furniture retail industry (preferred).

– Solid understanding of design trends, furniture products, and the Southeast Asian furniture market.

• Skills

– Proficient in English (TOEIC 750 or higher).

– Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.

– Proficient in office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

– Strong communication, negotiation, and customer persuasion skills.

– Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.

– Capability to handle work pressure.
