1. Received requests for new projects from customers
   – Received request for new projects from customers the send to Estimation section.
   – Discussion with customer regarding the alternative materials, specs of materials.
   – Make official quotation send to customers.
   – Setup new projects- checking materials for samples. Discussion with customers regarding export schedule for samples.
2. Control the orders balance from customers
   – Received orders from customer then input data in the SAP systems.
   – Checking with production section, QA section then making export schedule and inform for customers.
   – Making final export list.
   – Control the order balance in the SAP systems.
3. Support some jobs for Sales section
   – Finding the new customers.
   – Support working for other staffs when he/she absent.

– Graduated from university
– Japanese N3, Toeic 500
– 2 years experience working at sales department. Prefer candidates having experience in factories.
