Responsibilities

1. Responsible for sales target in the given territory;
2. Support wholesalers in given territory for all sales activities;
3. Responsible for credit control of wholesalers in the given territory
4. Implement market expansion stratergy given by the company
5. Survey market and propose effective sales & promotion policy to company
6. Training wholesalers in using sales controling software…
7. Going on business trips to support wholesalers frequently
8. Supporting jobs:

(i)- Join any events as requested by company: wholesaler meeting, Gala party, new products launching

(ii)- Supoport for marketing section in other event: racing, motor sport show, fair, customer care…

(iii)- Support for other administration jobs in HCM branch when required.

• Working hours: 8:10 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday to Saturday). Off on 4 Sundays and 2 Saturdays each month, with 12 days of annual leave.
• All public holidays as regulated by the state come with a small allowance.
• Lunar New Year bonus is usually more than 2 months’ salary.
• Salary increases annually in May based on KPI evaluations.
• There are 2 shuttle bus routes for employees from downtown Hanoi as follows:

• Salary up to 15 million VND.
