- Develop plans to achieve the goals of increasing customer growth and sales targets for the company.
- Establish training plans for staff and monitor the effectiveness of all employees’ work.
- Consult, support, care for, and build sustainable relationships with customers.
- Exchange and negotiate with customers on pricing, payment methods, and delivery times.
- Develop policies and implementation plans to increase revenue, compare and analyze monthly revenue, and take corrective actions if necessary.
- Report on the business activities and revenue of the company.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Nationality: Japanese, Taiwanese, Chinese
- Graduated from university or above in relevant majors.
- Proficiency in Japanese at N2 or N1 level (listening – speaking – reading – writing)
- Experience in selling Electronic Products
