Sales
– Taking care of current clients assigned by supervisors
– Seeking new clients (Calling/Visiting/Making proposals/Meetings)
– Working with other members/departments to complete customer’s request.
– Reporting any unusual activity to direct supervisors.
Project leader
– Take part in all stages of delivering projects, the process of project implementation with the guidance of an OJT Leader. (Preparing documents for training, collaborate with other stakeholders to set schedules, supporting Consultants, preparing reports…)

– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
– Good Japanese in writing and communication (~N1 upward)
– Experience working at sales position in Japanese firms
– Proactive, ambitious, competitive, and good at teamwork
– Able to work under pressure
– Open to feedbacks from other people, and not hesitate to speak out your opinions
