• Forecast, PO and Customs procedure

– Summarize Forecast/ Production plan & PO from customer’s system: half month, monthly, yearly

– Receive new contract/ new customer’s PO from Sales and make PO to supplier (subsidiary companies)

– Control for customs clearance procedure

+ Prepare shipping documents and send to logistics suppliers

+ Advise HS code, good’s name for declaration

+ Check customs sheets

+ Proceed for tax duty payment to Accounting Dept

+ Check Debit note and shipping documents of suppliers and prepare for payment documents to Accounting department

+ Summarize costs from suppliers

+ Weekly/ monthly report & Other related tasks

• Delivery & Warehouse & Billing

+ Summarize shipping schedule to customers

+ Co-ordinate with logistics & warehouse suppliers to control delivery plan timely

+ Control stock in rented warehouse daily, weekly, monthly: Stock-in, Stock-out, Lot number, packings and others related issues

+ Deal with customers and other related parties of suppliers for related matters: Quality, Inspection record, Material investigation, exchange information related to Health – Safety – Environment issues from customers to related parties.

+ Prepare billing statement to Accounting department and send VAT invoice and others necessary documents to customers.

+ Make payment request to customers

+ Weekly/ monthly report & Other related tasks

– Bachelor’s degree in Language, International Trade, Logistics, Industry, Automatives

– At least 1 year experience in Logistics & Sales (Indoor activities)

– Good communication & written in English (Japanese Language is preferred)

– Proficient in using Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

– Able to work independently & teamwork and proactively

– Well organized, time management, multi-task, work in pressure

– Open-minded, sharing, supporting mindset

– Willing for business trip domestics and overseas
