Due to production expansion, we would like to recruit 01 Business Development Executive.

Job description as follow:

• Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sale opportunity through networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential customers.
• Able to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential customers to do business with the company.
• Track sales expense and create monthly sales report by tracking, consolidating, analyzing and summarizing expenses.
• Assist and support daily jobs for new projects such as washing machine, air conditioning, automotive and others.
• Collaborate with co-worker to follow-up of new products, pre-production schedule and mass production.
• Co-operate with colleagues to negotiate deals and any complaints by customer in order to maintain and increase satisfaction.

• University degree, major in Business Administration/Communication/ Marketing or any Engineering field. Preference will be given for overseas graduate.
• Working experiences: Preferably 03- 05 years of working experiences in the current position.
• Preferred industry: Business Development/ Customer Service / Administrative/ Public Relations/ Marketing.
• Able to communicate well in both Japanese and English. (Additional language such as Chinese will have an added advantage)
• Good at Microsoft Office: Words, Excel and Power Point.
• Good interaction and interpersonal skills (social skills).
• Have basic understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Self motivated with a result-driven approach.
• Enjoy cultivating relationship and entertaining customers.
