1.Consulting

• Take part in consulting team(in Headquarter and/or Hanoi Office) to work on primary research.
  • Conducting desktop research and interviews with related parties for supporting Japanese companies’ business development in Vietnam and policy proposals to the Vietnamese government
  • Support to arrange meetings between Tokyo consultants and Vietnamese stakeholders (enterprises, government entities, etc.); attending and facilitating such meetings, and acting as an interpreter if needed

2.Business development

• Take part in business development activities such as exploring investment opportunities in the focus areas such as healthcare, environment and energy, transportation infrastructure, and Digital Transformation domains.

• Working hours: Mon to Fri from 8:00-17:00 (Lunch break: 12:00-13:00)
• Weekends and holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays (as stipulated by Vietnamese government), company holidays
• Other working conditions and welfare are specified in our Office’s Internal Labor Regulations, which will be explained at interviews if needed
• Salary: basic salary (*) and overtime pay
• Bonuses: Include fixed basic bonus equivalent to one month’s pay per year, following the Internal Labor Regulations

(*) Probation period is 1 month. Salary during this term is 85% of the basic salary

• University degree or higher in Economics, Marketing, Financial… or related fields
• At least 5-10years of work experience (having experience working in Japanese enterprises, or in consulting/research/marketing industry is an advantage)
• Language: Fluent in English (at least TOEIC score 850 level) OR/AND Japanese (equivalent to N3 or above). Good at Japanese is preference
• Personality: ambitious, motivated, energetic
