• 6+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of Flutter development experience
• 3+ years of server-side development experience, with hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs
• Experience with database design and SQL
• Experience developing and operating production-level applications
• Experience with Git-based team development
• Ability to independently drive design, implementation, and improvements
