This position is intended for a candidate who can oversee both Sales Administration and Logistics functions and has the potential to become the future leader of our Sales Support Team.

• Handle Sales Administration and order-related tasks.
• Coordinate Logistics / Import & Export activities.
• Manage data and processes on ERP/CRM systems.
• Support CRM implementation, process standardization and improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare related reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Accounting and other departments.
• Develop toward a future Sales Support Team Leader role.

• Salary Range: 25,000,000 ~ 28,000,000 VND/per month depending on experience and qualifications.
• Bonus: 13th-month salary and based on business results
• Insurance: Social insurance as per Vietnam Labor Law.
• Work Environment: Professional Japanese corporate environment.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM –17:00PM

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 5+ years of Sales Administration experience.
• 3+ years of Logistics and/or Import & Export experience.
• Experience in a B2B manufacturing or trading company.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Business-level English, especially email communication.
• Experience in CRM implementation/process improvement is a plus.
• Team Leader experience is preferred.
